In June we launched a new initiative at Strive, The Strive Podcast: Fostering Community. Join Strive Founder and Physiotherapist, Melanie MacKinnon as she chats with friends and colleagues whose visions align with ours.

“My goal for creating this podcast was to highlight some of the amazing connections, collaborations and partnerships that Strive has within our community. What unites us is we are striving to help people live their best lives. This aligns with our mission at Strive, to support and promote inclusion for all, healthy lifestyles and healthy aging. In short, we know some pretty cool people and we want to tell you about it!”

The Strive Podcast: Fostering Community Episode 1

Join Melanie and Jess Silver, author, adaptive personal trainer, athlete, motivational speaker, champion for inclusion and Founder of Flex for Access Inc., as they discuss the importance of inclusion and opportunities for participation for persons with disabilities in mainstream exercise environments. At the heart of the discussion is how ALL exercise is ADAPTABLE and as a society we can and should improve access for all.
