Have you been diagnosed with Long COVID?

Are you experiencing symptoms of fatigue, weakness or shortness of breath?

“Long COVID” is a term used to describe persistent symptoms that last more than 4 weeks after being first diagnosed with COVID. A study published in 2020 found that fatigue is the most common persistent symptom of COVID-19.

Feeling short of breath, experiencing chest tightness, muscle pains, persistent coughing and heart palpitations have been reported up to 3 months following a COVID 19 diagnosis.

‌Strive is offering GLA:D!

Canada’s evidence based exercise program for individuals who are living with pain from knee and/or hip osteoarthritis. The GLA:D Canada program has been shown to help participants decrease their pain, decrease their use of medications and increase their ability to be physical active!

Our virtual group exercise classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm-2pm. This is an individualized exercise program delivered in a group setting and is accepted by most insurance companies as Physiotherapy care.
