We hope the transition back to school and back to work is going well for all. Whether you are starting at a new school, a new job or are returning to the office, the fall often feels like the start of a new year. Starting or recommitting to habits is hallmark of starting a new year and so with that in mind, Strive Physiotherapists Danna Epstein-Marcus and Nicole Cesca have some advice to help support your fitness and exercise goals and prevent injury.

Returning to the dance studio?

Strive Physiotherapist Danna Epstein Marcus has a passion for supporting the dance community. As a dancer herself, Danna understands the demands dancing places on one’s body and as a Physiotherapist she focuses on both the recovery and prevention of injuries. Is an injury affecting your golf game?

Nicole Cesca, Physiotherapy Resident is our newest addition to our Strive team. As a past varsity golfer, Nicole is dedicated to assisting golfers recover from and prevent injury. Improving one’s body-swing connection and return to the course pain free is a focus of her management plan. Nicole is devoted to helping others improve their quality of life and being able to function as the healthiest version of themselves. Interesting in learning more? Check out her blog post with helpful exercises for warm up and cool down. Stay tuned as Nicole will be providing more content in the coming months as we create a Golfer Care program at Strive.
